There are two counterparts that balance out all of creation; we have stillness, and action birthed from that stillness. There is a disease that is sweeping the globe right now and it’s what some deem to be living “the successful life” or “being a hard worker”. The disease is one of taking massive action out of a compulsion to be busy and feel like we are successful.

However, most of us have lost our center and we're simply in the hamster wheel of taking massive action that isn't aligned with our authentic being. If humanity could learn how to stop and be in the center of self, then we could actually birth a new era of taking aligned action. This would obliterate any idea that massive action must take place. If humanity really steps into the world of human being instead of the diseased state of human doing, then we could witness the natural flow that has been creating form for the last 4.3 billion years on the planet. It's the Yin and the Yang. Balance. Equilibrium. Flow.

If we allow our actions to come from our heart center by learning to listen to the inner whispers, then the innate divine universal intelligence will guide us to the next action that is congruent with our soul. Stop. Listen to the inner intelligence and cultivate this listening so that you can course correct as you move through your life. Aligned action based on your inner listening is far more powerful than simply being in the world of action for the sake of being busy.  

Each and every individual on the planet has a unique journey to take on and when we awaken our inner connection to our very own magical center, it is unshakable - if we learn to trust the guidance. Once we remember this connection, our path becomes our path. It is like no other and this gives us permission to step away from following another. True leadership is about giving people permission to have their own journey of creation and guiding people to honor their connection, their awareness for their higher purpose.

HOW TO BE IN ALIGNMENT?

Get quiet. Stop everything. Turn the cellphone on airplane mode and mute your laptop/desktop. Close your eyes.

Ask “What is the next action I am to take on that is alignment for my highest and greatest good?”

Listen with your entire being. You may see an image or a flash of what you’re to take on next. If you ask the question the answer will always come. Patience and awareness will deliver the answer. Let the answer come to you in a way that you will recognize the guidance.

At first it may take a little longer for you to recognize the answers or guidance to the next step. However, the main thing is that you asked the question. The answers always come. Keep listening. Be brave and take the divinely inspired action that is alignment to your unique heart and highest path.
