For over 40 years, Gary has cultivated a profound understanding of the mind-body connection and its role in human growth. His path of self-discovery began with a career as an actor, where he explored stillness and alignment through practices like fitness, meditation, music and dance.
A pivotal focus of his early development was studying the Alexander Technique with a renowned teacher in London, England. This exploration deepened his awareness of the psycho-physical connection and became a tool for releasing limiting subconscious patterns rooted in his childhood.
Gary’s transformation reached a turning point when he embarked on his first shamanic journey, which provided profound healing during a period of grief and mild depression. This rite of passage became the catalyst for integrating his lifetime of learning into a unified vision.
Drawing from his mastery of the Alexander Technique and other healing modalities like Healing Touch, Gary co-founded The Journeymen Collective with Robert. Together, they created a unique approach to personal transformation, blending spiritual guidance with grounded practices that bridge the spiritual and physical realms. Gary’s deep understanding of the body’s role in releasing outdated mental and emotional patterns is a cornerstone of their work, ensuring that participants experience not only spiritual renewal, but also embodied integration.
With an unwavering commitment to helping others awaken and access the richness of the present moment, Gary’s work is a key distinction of The Journeymen Collective – preparing the participants for ceremonial journeys and guiding them through dynamic integration processes. His expertise emphasizes the importance of supporting the body as it unfurls from old patterns, creating space for lasting transformation and renewal.
